Straticon Contruction Services was signed as the General Contractor and began working on the Omphoy renovation in April 2008. When finshed, this 5 story botique-style hotel will have 134 guests rooms, including presidential suites with panaoramic views of the ocean or Intracoastal Waterway.

Straticon was contracted in November 2006 to restore the Tiara Condominiums that were severely damaged first by Hurricane Frances in 2004, then again by Hurricane Jeanne that same year.
On Wednesday, September 4, 2008, the residents of Tiara gathered in the lobby and celebrated a certificate of completion that deemed the building safe. The residents of Tiara, for the first time since they were evacuated 4 years ago, are starting to be able to return to their condos.
Straticon contracted with the Board at Tiara Condominiums to restore the building to safety standards and has contracted with the individual unit owners for customized finishes. From kitchens to bathrooms, walls to floors, fixtures to countertops – a variety of options and upgrades are available for owners to select.

The PRISM Awards are presented each year to builders, developers, architects, planners, interior designers, landscape architects, sales and others who have demonstrated building and design excellence.
In January 2007 Straticon was contracted by BH Management Services, Inc. to complete the total interior and exterior renovation of Mariner's Key. Mariner's Key is located directly on the Intracostal waterfront in Lake Park, FL. The rebranding of Mariner's Key began with the interior condominium renovation including all new electrical wiring as well as wiring for high-speed Internet Access and high-definition TV. New, impact-resistant hurricane rated, tinted windows and French doors in all units. Designer railings were installed on the balconies. Granite countertops, designer appliances and designer hardware were installed in the kitchens. Wood floors and ceramic tile were installed throughout the units.
In addition to completely renovating the condominiums down to the studs, Straticon built a brand new 4500 square foot clubhouse including locker rooms with showers and saunas, tiki bar and outdoor kitchen and entertainment room all surrounded by tropical courtyards and gazebos. Straticon was also contracted to build 4 new parking garages and 8 new carports.
