Straticon Construction Services has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. What started as a specialty contracting company blossomed into one of the largest full-service construction organizations in South Florida. We have professional managers servicing our customer’s every need. Our dedication to customer satisfaction is proven through the compilation of our repeat customers.

Many of our largest clients retain us to perform pre-construction services as early as the conceptual phase of a project. We will assist them in developing a construction budget by providing bids from pre-qualified subcontractors. We will also work with the design professionals to establish cost effective designs, and suggest alternate materials and sources. We are retained as the General Contractor in most cases, but will continue the role as the Construction Manager at the client’s request.

Our list of clients includes high-profile developers such as: The Related Group of Florida, The Blackstone Group, BlackRock, MCZ/Centrum and Fortune International. In the fall of 2007, Straticon received a special acknowledgement for “Condo-Conversion of the Year for 2006” by the Developers and Builders Alliance in recognition of the Tides on Hollywood Beach.

Straticon is currently pursuing commercial construction projects in the South Florida market. Our primary focus targets high-end programs such as: commercial remodeling, demolition, remediation, new construction, program management, construction management, and design-assist build programs. During 2007, we broadened our focus to include new commercial facilities such as: high vertical residential, retail, and condo/hotel projects.
